Good Oil runs the membership and the ordering software. The heating-oil dealer delivers the oil. Good Oil does not deliver heating oil.

Automatic delivery

You accept automatic delivery. The system tracks when a delivery is due, orders the oil from the supplier, and pre-authorizes your card before delivery. You do not place the order.

One supplier while you are in

While you are in the program, you will not buy heating oil from another supplier. You may leave by telling Good Oil. Leaving stops later orders. A delivery already ordered and pre-authorized may still be completed and charged. There is no cancellation fee.

Price

The Good Oil Kit is $449 once. Free service contract: 24 hour priority service, 20% off repairs including parts and labor. Included with the $449 kit. No other fees. You own your tank. Oil is charged on your card through Qualpay. The dealer is the merchant of record on the oil. Capture windows are Mastercard 3 days and Visa 7 days.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Good Oil from claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent they arise out of your breach of these terms, or out of a condition of your tank or premises that you do not disclose when asked, except to the extent the claim is caused by Good Oil’s or the delivering dealer’s negligence or willful misconduct. The delivering dealer, not Good Oil, is responsible for safe delivery of the oil.
